La déclaration de paie faite par mon employeur de juillet indique 12cachets + 7h aux taux horaires du contrat.
Cela correspond à 151h de travaille, il manque 81h de répétitions que mon employeur reporte sur les mois suivants, il m'a dit que c'était la loi.
-> Pour août j'ai effectué 11 cachets + 108h de repetitions, mon employeur m'en payera 153h (11cachets + 21h) et en reportera 87h sur les mois suivants.
-> J'ai maintenant un 169h à reporter sur les mois suivants, mail reçu de mon employeur.
J'ai envoyé des mails demandant le paiement d'aout depuis le 10 septembre, l'employeur décale la date de paiement à chacun des deux mails, j'ai fais une dernière relance de vive voix vendredi, mon employeur m'a dit que je serai payé ce lundi, rien reçu a ce jour.
Lors du décompte de mes heures restantes à payer (169h), ces 42h ne sont pas prises en compte.
Peut-être que c'est répandu dans le spectacle mais je ne m'y attendais pas.
Pensez-vous que se rapprocher d'une aide juridique doive s'envisager?

Savez-vous comment on calcule la Base de calcul de la ligne « sécurité sociale plafonnée » svp?? Le taux est à 6,9% mais comment peut-on avoir la base ??
J'ai vu que le plafond mensuel de la sécu est de 3428.
Si on travaille 8jours en octobre (31jours),
Doit-on faire 3428/31 x 8 ??

1 ere reponse si tu n"as pas tes 507 , bien sur tes indemnités seront suspendue , dans l'attente d'atteindre tes 507 h , il y a des possibilités de "depannage financier" mais si tu penses atteindre rapidement tes 507 h mieux vaut ne pas les activer et les conserver pour des moments plus difficiles ou tes 507 h seront beaucoupplus eloignés
