Dernier message par Trufaldin - 10 Avril, 2024, 18:51:22 PMOui, en effet, je suis passé par le CPF (Compte personnel de Formation) pour payer mon permis. Du coup, l'auto-école a dû prévenir automatiquement France Travail.
Mais j'ai appelé le 3949 et a priori, rien ne bouge au niveau de mes ARE : je continue de les percevoir normalement. Je continue de m'actualiser chaque mois (en disant "non" à la question "êtes-vous en formation ?") et une fois le permis obtenu, je dois juste avertir France Travail en leur filant une attestation de fin de formation.
Mais j'ai appelé le 3949 et a priori, rien ne bouge au niveau de mes ARE : je continue de les percevoir normalement. Je continue de m'actualiser chaque mois (en disant "non" à la question "êtes-vous en formation ?") et une fois le permis obtenu, je dois juste avertir France Travail en leur filant une attestation de fin de formation.

J'ai une petite question débile sans doute mais qui me tracasse : je suis intermittent (annexe 10) et je viens de m'inscrire à une auto-école via mon Compte Personnel de Formation pour passer le permis B.
L'auto-école a averti France Travail que j'entrais en formation. Ma question est la suivante : est-ce que, pendant tout le temps que je passerai le permis (c'est-à-dire plusieurs mois sans doute, le temps de passer le code, de prendre les cours de conduite et de passer l'épreuve), mes indemnités mensuelles seront maintenues ?
Et autre question : lors de mon actualisation, dois-je stipuler que je suis en formation - si par exemple, dans le mois, je suis allé 4 fois à l'auto-école, je dois le signaler ? Ou est-ce qu'il ne faut signaler les heures de formation chaque mois que lorsqu'on veut qu'elles soient comptabilisées à taux zéro ? (ce qui n'est pas mon cas)
