Je suis en train de créer une petite société de production (sous forme d'une SARL et non d'une association car j'ai l'impression qu'il y a le même travail à effectuer d'un point de vue administratif dans les deux cas) afin d'accompagner les projets de création au théâtre de ma compagne, comédienne débutante. Venant d'un métier différent, ma connaissance du milieu (pratique comme théorique) est très limitée.

Je cherche à monter des projets "viables" de pièce de théatres, sans objectif de dégager des bénéfices pour la société. L'objectif est de faire jouer les comédiens et d'essayer de couvrir les coûts de production au maximum.

Je m'interroge dans ce cadre sur la rémunération des prestations des comédiens.

1. Les faits sont les suivants:
- J'ai trouvé un petit théâtre à Paris (90 places). En simplifiant, ils proposent de garder environ la moitié de la recette (coréalisation avec pour eux un minimum garanti). J'avais également eu une réponse positive d'un théâtre plus petit avec une même proposition de répartition.
- Nous aurions 1 date par semaine, soit 4 dates par mois et ferions 8 représentations.
- Nous envisageons une pièce avec 4 comédiens.
- les prix des places sont d'environ 14 euros. Ainsi, avec un remplissage "optimiste" à 70%, cela ferait une recette totale maximale de 882 euros, divisée en deux, donc 441 euros pour la société.

2. Je comprends que:
- chaque représentation doit être rémunérée obligatoirement par un cachet (il n'est pas possible de faire un seul cachet pour plusieurs représentations ou bien alors de payer les comédiens à l'heure)
- les heures de répétition des comédiens doivent être également rémunérées
- un cachet, en accord avec la convention collective des entreprises du secteur privé du spectacle vivant, serait dans notre cas égal à 168 euros.

3. Problème
Si ma compréhension est bonne, j'ai donc 4 x 168 euros à payer à chaque représentation, soit 672 euros, alors que les recettes que la société recevraient ne seraient que de 441 euros (en étant optimiste).

Sans compter ni le temps de répétition, ni le paiement du metteur en scène, qui augmenteront fortement la différence.

Est-ce que quelque chose m'échappe ? Je ne prends pas en compte la possibilité de subvention ou d'aides.
J'ai l'impression que ce n'est pas faisable en l'état.
