En effet 2 choses à prendre en compte
- le fait technique : quand basculeras-tu dans le domaine RG et perdre tes ARE d'IDS ? tout dependra du nombre d'heures que tu effectueras au RG . Ta description est trop vague pour pouvoir te dire quelque chose de precis , mais en gros si tu fais plus de 50 % d'heure rG tu basculeras
- Le fait PSYCHOLOGIQUE : je te sents perplexe dois-je ou non rester intermittente ?? Et c'est la pire des choses à se poser , car tu as deja basculé dans le fait que tu ne vivras pas de ton art , que tu n'y arriveras pas , alors c'est deja perdu !! Tu n'as pas la force physique et psychologique de trouver la quantité de travail necessaire pour rester IDS
J'ai vecu plus de 45 ans à me battre chaque année , tout au long de l'année à trouver le travail necessaire pour VIVRE DE MA PASSION le spectacle , trouver le travail pour moi mais aussi pour mes partenaires ( entre 1 et 8 selon les spectacles montés) c'est un combat de TOUS LES JOURS et je comprends qu'il faut etre FORT pour y resister . Cela m'a toujours fait sourire ou enrager d'entendre "Ah vous les IDS c'est facile , vous faite 507 H et puis vous avez les doigts de pieds en eventail en attendant votre chomage qui tombe tous les mois " ce qui est faux puisque je passe 5 à 6 jours par semaine à la recherche de taf , la commercialisation de mes spectacles , à la création ect , je ne pends que 10 jours pas an de véritable vacances , , souvent je saute les grands evenements familiaux ( anniversaires , mariage et autres ) car j'ai des prestations

Pour repondre à ta problematique , deja oublie ka Micro entreprise ou l'Autoentreprise pour plusieurs raisons deja evoquée sur ce foruum a de multiples reprises
- La première : si tu veux devenir Intermittent dans un ou deux ans il faut que tu commences DES A PRESENT à cumuler tes heures , or si tu le fais via le M.E ou l'A.E tu ne pourras modifier ce regime pour devenir IDS !!
- Si tu es en IE ou AE tu dois etre TOTALEMENT independant c'est à dire n'avoir aucun lien de subordination , c'est à dire que tu dois decider PERSONNELEMENT et UNQUEMENT TOI , a quelle heure , quel jour , quel lieu ou tu vas travailler . Car si une personne te donne ces données ( heure, lieu , jour) il y a lien de subordination
En gros le regime de ME n'est pas fait voir interdit pour les artistes

Cette annee la saison pour l instant s annonce pas terrible , du coup je me demande si
Je ne vais pas rechercher un contrat saisonnier , une autre activite durant juillet aout et voir trouver un boulot autre ,pour completer mes revenus.
Mes questions sont les suivantes:
Comment cela se passe t il quand on a un contrat autre qu intermittent?
France travail v a t il me supprimer mes droits ARE?
Si je travaille ,il est normal du coup qu ils me deduisent le mois mais
Si durant la periode je n ai pas de contrat en annexe 10 avant la din de mon contrat salarie ,est ce que je risque de basculer au regime general ? Et du coup
De tomber au chomage « normal » ce qui serait catastrophique vu qu un contrat saisonnier de 2 ou 3 mois c est vraiment tres peu pour avoir des indemnites
En attendant d avoir une meilleure solution ....
D autre part, etant donné que je suis en partie salariée d une ecole de musique,
Je suis remunerée aussi pour les vacances scolaires ,temps partiel ,c est un petit contrat, j ai pas beaucoup d elèves ...

J'étais ces dernières années basé en Allemagne.
Je veux développer des projets en France, spectacle et projet avec des écoles.
Il est possible que dans un ou deux ans je réunisse un nombre, en France, suffisant d'heure pour faire une demande intermittence, mais ce n'est pas pour tout de suite!
Il me semble que la première marche à suivre est de fonder une micro-entreprise puis de demander une licence pour être entrepreneur de spectacle.
ou il y a t il d'autres voies que je devrais envisager?

Vu la discussion et vos réponses pertinentes, j'en déduis qu'il est plus intéressant d'opter pour l'ICCP. En effet quand on calcule bien les CS nous renversent pas 10% du brut puisque qu'ils enlèvent encore des cotisations salariales.
Et je voulais poser une autre question, est ce que du coup si on opte pour L'ICCP. Est ce que le pôle emploi les compte quand même dans le calcul des jours de franchise ?
